Dissolution Denne Park Dog Training Club

Members of the Denne Park Dog Training Club (DPDTC) voted to dissolve the club at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 14 March 2012. After some discussion about resignations from both committee members and trainers, the members present concluded that the club was no longer viable.

The last courses of dog training classes finished prior to the AGM. DPDTC will not hold any further training classes at the Edwin Hall on Wednesday evenings.

The club's accounts will be finalised as soon as possible. As per the club's rules, the assets and property of the club shall be disposed of by the committee for the benefit of canine charities. Current members can choose whether they would like a refund of their 2012 membership fee (£6) or whether they would like this to be included in the charity donations. Please call the club's phone on 075 28 26 90 90 to let us know your choice.

DPDTC celebrated its 40th anniversary last year and it is with great regret that its time has now come to an end. We wish every one who has enjoyed training their pups, rescues and clever dogs that went on to the bronze, silver and gold levels, all the very best.

Odette Pidcock
DPDTC Secretary
